Our services
Kinet builds and runs websites, mobile apps and class management systems for tuition teachers and institutes. What is included in each package is described on our pricing page. The exact scope, price and timeline for your project are confirmed with you before work starts.
Payments
- The one-time setup price is agreed before work starts.
- Ongoing costs - such as the yearly domain renewal and any monthly fee - are paid as agreed to keep your services running.
- If ongoing payments stop, we may pause the related services after letting you know.
Your content
You own the content you provide, such as your notes, papers, recordings, logo and class details. You confirm that you have the right to use it, and you allow us to use it to build and run your services.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your class.
- Use your system lawfully and handle your students' information responsibly.
- Keep your login details safe.
Availability
We work to keep everything online and working, but we can't promise the services will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with third-party providers.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Kinet is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income, arising from use of our website or services.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
